I have visited many cities and explored them seeking the wonders and possibilities it holds. I recently visited Nashville, Tennessee as a last-minute decision on a road trip. At first, I didn't realize or understand what kind of city it was going to be. We chose to stop in Nashville because we were getting tired of driving. So I didn't have the time to explore the city that night.
We were hungry and decided to go eat before checking into our hotel. We parked far from the heart of Nashville and we had to walk to our restaurant. On our walk, we discovered electric scooters you can ride around the city. This was the beginning of the fun in Nashville. The scooters helped make the city very accessible. The city's infrastructure had roads and sidewalks that made the use of electric scooters helpful. The scooters were cheaper and faster than Uber. The weather was nice which made the ride more enjoyable. The closer we got to our restaurant the louder the vibrant music became. The music was something different; it recharged our tired bodies making us adventurous. The music awakened us. Every restaurant, bar, and club had live music. All the places we went to or walked past had live music none of them had recorded music playing. That's something I've never seen. I'm used to going to a restaurant that has recorded music playing on speakers. Not in Nashville the Music was all live, It was a mix of country and rock. Making a great and fun atmosphere, not a stressed or sad one.
Inside the restaurant, you are welcomed by the aroma of food. The room is filled with people enjoying their evenings with food and drinks. Many restaurants have bbq or smoked meat on their menus so that's what we ordered. The smoked brisket with a side of coleslaw and fries was amazing and different from the north.
The people were all on their journey throughout the city. Whether it's for celebrating something, enjoying a weekend with friends, or just doing something to pass the time. The city of Nashville provides you with anything you need. Its entertainment is never-ending.
